Extended Holiday Returns
All items ordered between November 20th and December 16th are eligible for our extended holiday return policy and can be returned through January 15th. Extended holiday returns must follow our regular return policy, as stated below.
So that you have plenty of time to make sure your purchase is perfect, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders purchased from prezzo.com. If you need to return your order for any reason, we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund to your original payment method. All products must be returned in brand new, unworn, and undamaged condition.
If you purchased your product through a retailer or marketplace, please follow their return policy for refunds.
Please note that final approval for all returns and exchanges is at Prezzo’s discretion.
Prezzo is happy to offer exchanges on brand new, unworn, and undamaged products. To initiate an exchange, please contact us. For domestic orders, Prezzo will send you a return label to return your product. You are responsible for dropping the package off at a shipping center or arranging for a pick-up. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship your new watch to the same address as your original order. If your exchange is a lower price than your original purchase, we will refund you the difference. If your exchange is a higher price than your original purchase, we will contact you to arrange payment for the remaining balance before your product is shipped.
